Boris Owiye Agonga Arrested in Digitalent Systems Case

Boris Owiye Agonga, a director of Digitalent Systems Limited, has been arrested in connection with the alleged fraudulent transfer of company vehicles.

The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) confirmed the arrest.

According to investigators, Agonga is suspected of transferring ownership of two vehicles belonging to the company into his name.

Alleged Forged Documents Used

DCI alleges that forged documents were used to facilitate the transfer.

The vehicles in question are:

  • A Land Rover Discovery

  • A Nissan Sylphy

Investigators claim the ownership records were altered through fraudulent means.

One of the vehicles, the Land Rover Discovery, has since been recovered.

Police confirmed it is being held as an exhibit.

Suspect in Custody

Agonga is currently in custody.

He is undergoing processing pending arraignment in court.
